ZOLA FURNITURE is hand-crafted using the finest materials available and are sold with a limited warranty against general defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the delivery date. Our kiln-dried hardwood frames carry a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials to the original owner for 20 years. Our fabrics are chosen from the highest quality organic, sustainably grown or recycled fabrics available. As the textile manufacturers do not guarantee their products against fading, wearing or shrinkage, we cannot assume responsibility, and therefore no warranties or guarantees are offered or implied by Zola.

Damage caused by shipping damage (see shipping info) pets, people, weather, cleaning, normal wear and tear or other circumstances beyond our control are not considered defects. All Zola furniture is designed to be reupholstered if you are redecorating or if excessive wear or damage has occurred. Contact your local Upholstery Shop or Zola for an estimate.

Zola stands behind every product we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any problems that may arise.
